RECONNECTION is an art exhibition that takes us on a rediscovery of ancient arts and unique techniques. Toreutic metalwork, handicrafts of nomadic peoples and cross-stitch embroidery, (revisited in an astonishing modern key) are just some of the techniques used by both artists to express deep emotions. The materials are extraordinarily eclectic! Wood, various metals, bone, horn, fur, leather, vinyl records, coffee, sand, watercolour and recycled fabric, become true Works of art in their hands. Our gallery walls will host Upcycling (the art of recycling), Nerd Art (the passion for comics, video games, cinema and TV series) and even Pop Art - tending sometimes towards kitsch and pornography in this unique event. Nine days, dedicated to full spectrum freedom of individual creativity and artistic expression! The artists sacrifice every prejudice and normative judgement on the altar of catharsis and artistic flow!
